Thanks to the multi-operational features on the Siemens steam combi ovens, you can cook gently with steam, bake and roast with hot air or even do both at the same time. Almost no cleaning is necessary thanks to a special coating that automatically absorbs grime. Not only the back, but the side walls and top of your oven are covered with this special microceramic coating. The patented lining is made up of thousands of microscopic, porous, oxygen-filled ceramic spheres. When the oven heats up, oxygen is released from the spheres and causes any grease or waste deposits on the lining to break down or oxidise, leaving the oven sparkling clean. Another great benefit is between 30-80% odour reduction depending on the food being cooked.

This oven comes with a fresh water container cleverly hidden behind its display panel. Not only allowing you to fill the tank without having to open your oven door, it also allows your oven cavity to be bigger. This oven doesn't require an external water connection, allowing you more flexibility in choosing its position in your kitchen. With the press of a button the display panel lifts up, once the tank is filled you just slide it back in, close the display panel and start steaming.
