Yes, that's not a problem at all. We can store your order (free of charge) up to 6months at our warehouse in Belgium. Please just send me an email at once you've placed your order and we'll make a note in our database to have your order delivered on your preferred date.
Transport damage isn’t covered by warranty. But please don’t worry all our shipments are fully insured. Contact us, within 24hours after delivery, so we can sort things out with the courier for you ASAP. Check out the shipping page for more info our couriers’ partners.
All appliances available on our website will be shipped free of charge to any location.
All orders are shipped via either FedEx or TNT. Both FedEx and TNT offer international tracking, so you will be able to follow your appliance travel halfway around the world on or
ImportAppliances ships twice weekly from its warehouse in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Mind that most products need to be sourced from the manufacturer first, which usually takes 1-3 weeks. In case an appliance would not be in stock with the manufacturer we will contact you immediately to let you know when we expect to receive / ship it. If you're not happy with the expected delivery date you can cancel your order and we'll give you a full refund. As soon as the appliance leaves our warehouse we’ll send you a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Shipping to the major metropolitan areas usually only takes 3 to 5 days, shipping to remote areas can take up to 2 weeks. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse we'll send you a tracking number and the expected delivery date.
The courier will leave a note when delivery was attempted and no one was home. The note will contain a reference number which you can use to change the delivery address, ask for delivery at a later date, or collect the package from a local depot. By default, the courier will try to deliver the item 3 days in a row. After that, the package will be returned to sender. We advise getting your appliance delivered to a business address to make sure someone is available all day to accept it.
Yes, you can. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your appliance leaves our warehouse. You can enter your tracking number on the TNT or FedEx website (we'll send you all the details once your order leaves our warehouse).
We'll ship items as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. That means that you might receive multiple deliveries when ordering multiple appliances. We'll inform you when each item gets shipped.
All goods are fully insured. Please contact us immediately in case of any damage and let the driver confirm the damage in writing. In case an item gets damaged in transit we will immediately send you a new item, so you don't have to worry about anything! We will just need some pictures of the damaged, unopened box, and of the product. The damaged product will then be picked up at a later date.

ImportAppliances doesn’t offer extended warranty packages at this point in time.


The fastest and easiest way to pay is online via credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

We do accept payments via PayPal, but these attract a transaction cost of 2.8% when paying in EUR and 4.8% when paying in AUD or NZD. If you would like to pay via PayPal, just send us an e-mail with the goods you would like to order, your shipping and billing address, telephone number and e-mail address. We'll then send you a PayPal invoice for the total sum + 2.8% (EUR) or 4.8% (AUD/NZD). Please note that we do not charge a transaction cost when you pay via Visa or Mastercard via our website. Payments via Visa or Mastercard offer the same level of buyer protection compared to payments via PayPal.
ImportAppliances does not offer any finance plans. You can, however, pay with Visa or Mastercard, which allow you to pay off your appliances over a longer period of time. Please contact your credit card provider for more information.


All appliances sold by ImportAppliances are designed to operate between 220V and 240V, please check with your local electrician.

Some appliances might have a European power plug, but most kitchen appliances come without a power plug and should always be installed up by a licensed electrician. Ask your electrician to hook up the appliance directly to the mains.

No, ImportAppliances only sells brand new products.
ImportAppliances only offers appliances from the best and most reliable European brands. For a full overview please check our brands page We will add a wider range of appliances over the next couple of months, be the first to know by becoming an ImportAppliances Facebook fan!
ImportAppliances does not sell fridges at this point due to the high shipping cost.
At this point in time ImportAppliances does not sell gas hobs.
